GIFTCARDS
How does it work?
NCS has available for purchase gift certificates for 100's of retailers. These certificates are purchased by NCS at a discount and then sold to you (parents, grandparents, supporters, neighbours and friends) at face value. For example, if you shop at No Frills for your groceries, you can buy a declining balance gift card for $25, $50, $100 or $250. At the checkout, you pass the cashier your gift card and the amount of your purchase is deducted from the card. Your grocery receipt will list the remaining balance for you. If you have just spent $100 on groceries, you've earned $4 for NCS. We keep in stock gift cards/certificates for a number of local stores (No Frills, Sav-a-Centre, Foodland, Canadian Tire, Zellers, Walmart, M&M Meats, Swiss Chalet, Tim Horton's, Mark's Work Wearhouse, Staples, Home Hardware). Cards for other retailers can be ordered and usually received in less than a week.
Order forms are sent home with the Monday News, Muse and Views every few weeks. They are also available at the NCS office. Order forms can be returned to the school and your order will be completed. Anita Lautenbach and/or Annette Otter generally have a supply of cards available at the school most days. You can also call to arrange a time to drop by either of their homes.
