 | ALICE VANDER VENNEN
Alice Vander Vennen has been the Kindergarten teacher at Northumberland Christian School since September of 1995. Alice obtained her Bachelor of Education from Calvin College and holds on Ontario Teacher’s Certificate. Alice teaches the Kindergarten class as well as a combined Kindergarten/Grade One and Two group for part of Tuesday and Thursdays. |

Cindy Warr joined the NCS community in 1995. She currently holds the position of Principal and teaches Grades 1 and 2 in the mornings. Cindy has a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University and holds an Ontario Teacher’s Certificate. |

Daphne Clarke teaches the Grade 3/4 class. Her students enjoy her musical abilities. Daphne also directs the school choir in addition to her teaching duties. Daphne has a Bachelor of Music from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Christian Education from Redeemer University College and has a Christian School Teacher's Certificate. |

Andrea teaches the Grade 5 to 8 class. Andrea attended Ontario Bible College, University of Waterloo and Ottawa University where she obtained her Bachelor of Religious Education, Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education respectively; she also has an Ontario Teacher's Certificate. |

New to our staff but not to our school, Carrie-Lynn Zegers joins us as our custodian. Carrie-Lynn graduated from Northumberland Christian School in 2001. |

 | ALISON YOUNG
Alison Young is the newest member of our staff. Alison is an Educational Assistant. She specializes in Language Instruction and offers assistance to children with learning exceptionalities. Alison teaches French to the Grade 5/6 and Grade 7/8 classes, offers individual assistance to those in need of alternative instruction and is an EA in the combined Kindergarten/Grade One and Two Class. |

Wilma VanBarenveld joins us this year as our Administrative Assistant. She is a long time member of the Northumberland Christian School Community. Wilma is in the office on Tuesdays to Thursdays. |
